Let Us Put You to Work for Elachee

HAZARD: All Trails Closed

Due to the destructive effects of Hurricane Irma and for the safety of our pedestrian visitors, the hiking trails of Chicopee Woods Nature Preserve are closed to the public until further notice. To volunteer for trail clean-up, please EMAIL Elachee’s Preserve Manager with your name, phone number and your availability (weekly, monthly, as needed, and your day of the week preference).

We Value Your Help!

Elachee benefits from the time and talents of our committed volunteers whose efforts make our campus visually appealing, the hiking trails safe and accessible, and help us achieve specific conservation initiatives within Chicopee Woods Nature Preserve.

Elachee’s Natural Resource Volunteers contribute over 2,800 hours every year working on a variety of conservation projects. VOLUNTEERING AT ELACHEE
